Refund and Returns Policy

If you’d wish to return an item to Brewtro please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Return will be accepted only in case of any damage or wrong product delivery. Continue reading for complete information.

Customers does not need to pay fee to return the products to us. Shipping and handling charges and other fees are reimbursed. We cannot accept cash payments on delivery. You’d wish to provide a legitimate tracking number when filling out the return form for your return to be processed successfully.

Returns

We understand that there may be occasions when you are not satisfied with the product. Therefore, we provide a 30-day window for you to return your product for a refund if it is in unused and original condition. If you wish to return your item, there is no restocking fee. Exchange
For exchange a product please contact us at Mail: support@brewtro.com or contact at +1 (970) 840-8281 which we’ll process without any exchange fee.

Defected
If you discover your order is flawed you have to contact us at mail: support@brewtro.com with photos of the product (no need to return the item) we’ll immediately send a replacement product for you.

Not as described or Wrong Product
If you discover your order is flawed you have to contact us at mail: support@brewtro.com with photos of the merchandise we’ll provide a return shipping label once it’s tracking we’ll ship a replacement product immediately and all updates will be given you via mail.

Change of mind:
Change of Mind is not acceptable.

Cancel order
We usually immediately ship the orders after placing order.

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately will send a involve participation by the processing department but we’ll not guarantee however you will always return the order once you received.

Refund Process:
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Once your refund is approved, you will receive a refund within 5-7 days.
  3. You will also receive a refund confirmation email from us stating that your order has been refunded and showing the refunded amount, the item refunded, and the account/card credited. 

Refunds If Package Does Not Arrive:

On rare occasions packages get lost in transit. If your order does not arrive within our given timeframe specified on our Shipping & Delivery page, please let us know by emailing at support@brewtro.comand we will contact our shipping line to see what happened with your package and where it is.

We also guarantee delivery or a full refund. If your package gets lost in transit and does not arrive within 7 business days from the date your package was shipped, we will confirm with the post office and will refund your order in full to your original method of payment. Which means you get back the entire amount you paid when ordering. Alternatively, upon the customer’s request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after all the processing times have passed, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 *All refunds are getting to be issued after receiving the returned product and inspected it’s getting to take up to 7 days to reflect in to your bank account we actually try hard to make our customers satisfied.

NOTE: Please be considerate when placing your order and make sure to choose the correct size, color, etc. for your product, to avoid any unnecessary returns or exchanges.
