How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility

Handling time: 1-2 day (Monday – Friday) We always try to process order as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

Transit time: 2-5 days. (Monday – Friday) We always make sure to ship order as soon as possible to avoid any delays. In case if any we will inform you in advance.

Order Cut off time: 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@brewtro.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancelling or making changes to an order

Address change
If you put it mistakenly or want to change the shipping address, in that case, you have 24 hours. In this daring, you need to contact us as fast as possible.

Order cancellation
You are able to cancel your order if the your order did not ship. Once it transits, we will not accept any cancellation requests.

Parcels Damaged In Transit:

If you receive a parcel that appears to have been damaged in transit, we kindly ask you to consider rejecting the delivery if possible and promptly contact our customer service team. In the event that the parcel has already been delivered in your absence, we urge you to reach out to our customer service department for further guidance and assistance.
